Routine prescription refills will be handled only during office hours (Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). Please call the main number 309-888-4000 and select extension 16 for the phone nurse. Please provide the name and telephone number of your pharmacy. Additionally, please provide your name, date of birth, the name of the medication, and the dosage. Generally, during business hours you will be abble to speak directly with the phone nurse. If you are forwarded to the recording, simply provide the above information. Please then check with your pharmacy to see that the medicine was filled, as the phone nurse will only call back if there is a problem.
